Yordanos Gugsa is the owner of Helpful Hands Support Services, bringing over 8 years of experience in special education to her work. She combines hands-on support with program leadership to create individualized, community-focused services that empower participants and promote inclusion.

With a Life Skills certification and experience as a Program Director, Yordanos is dedicated to helping individuals develop independence, confidence, and meaningful connections in both home and community settings. She also has extensive experience collaborating with case managers and connecting families to vital community resources, ensuring participants have the tools and support they need to thrive.

Before specializing in Life Skills and special education, Yordanos worked in early childhood education, giving her a strong foundation in developmental support and family engagement. Her approach is person-centered and strengths-based, focusing on fostering growth, independence, and lasting success for every participant.
